Case Study:

Recruitment

Stuart Ryder

Director and Co-Founder of Infinitek

The Problem

Infinitek were operating in new geographical markets and they weren’t seeing results from their marketing efforts in these new markets. They wanted to understand the behaviours of audiences in other countries and how these differed from the markets they were used to operating in.

The Solution

Small City Marketing initially conducted a full-scale digital marketing strategy involving our team going into Infinitek’s offices to speak with both junior and senior staff members performing in different roles.

We firstly assessed their internal operations and where gaps in perceptions of the company existed, before digging into how this compared with the messages they were communicating through their marketing.

We then analysed each geographic area city-by-city to understand who their audiences in these areas were, and how they communicated themselves.

Following this process, Infinitek hired Small City Marketing to implement the recommendations we proposed across a 6-month timeline with the main aim to increase awareness and interaction amongst the new target audience.

The Impact

Small City Marketing has been pivotal in helping Infinitek scale and expand our offerings within the international market.Through their full-scale marketing strategy, we have been able to close the gaps that used to exist in our marketing, and explore further options which are relevant for us to stay competitive and successful.

Their team is very easy to work with, and we were extremely impressed with how they came to our office for a day to speak to our staff and learn more about the current state of our business as a whole, not just our marketing, which ultimately informed their final strategy. We're excited to continue working with them and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for more of a long-term strategy with their marketing."
